Indigo8 pulls ReturnGO returns into the system as an RA along with the return data such as returns reasons, line item values, discounts, fees, exchanges and resolutions. This data can then be accessed by the entire company for inventory, accounting and reporting purposes.

When a return is receipted back to the warehouse, Indigo8 restocks the inventory back online and sends a validation back to ReturnGO for each line item. Web teams can then use ReturnGO’s automatic processing events to close the return, or check validated items to close off returns within the ReturnGO dashboard themselves.

The integration allows different departments within the company to manage returns within their own areas independently, without needing to switch between the Indigo8 and ReturnGO admin.
